Meeting St.
Nestled in Charleston, this 1700s carriage house has been converted into a 1,200 sq. ft. cottage. Every corner tells a story, with a design that harmoniously blends mid-century modern with French and primitive antiques. Soft linen textures and subtle patterns are woven throughout the home, creating a layered, lived-in look.
Lily's purpose is to bring Wabi Sabi to life—celebrating the beauty of imperfection through handmade pottery and carefully curated second-hand finds. The space beautifully juxtaposes old-world artifacts with contemporary touches. The walls are adorned with bespoke art made from vintage magazine cutouts, while rustic elements like a reclaimed wood coffee table and exposed wooden beams add to the home’s natural warmth. A simple paper lantern casts a soft glow over the space.
The cottage hums with the soft sound of "Chemtrails over the Country Club" on vinyl, while the scent of a bergamot candle lingers, enveloping the home in a warm, nostalgic embrace.
